We want all parents, helpers and volunteers to feel capable and confident on the field at Dunbar Park and beyond. We welcome you to familiarise yourselves with the basic and technical aspects of the events by using the factsheets and information below.
Also, please remember that the more experienced Ryde Athletics community members are always happy to assist you in learning the ropes while on the field.
